About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Analyst to join a leading company in the automotive technology sector. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR technology and data management, who is eager to contribute to optimizing HR processes and supporting the wider team.

As an HR Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting end users. Whether you’re assisting with system updates or generating meaningful HR insights, your work will directly impact the efficiency of the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company’s HR systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR platforms by performing regular data audits and validations.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
  • Generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics, including recruitment, employee performance, and absence management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries, providing technical support and resolving user issues promptly.
  • Document processes and procedures for system use and deliver training to HR team members as required.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Previous experience in an HR or systems-focused role (e.g., HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or Data Analyst).
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to manage and interpret data accurately.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations, including GDPR.
  • Previous involvement in HR system implementations or upgrades.
