About the Role: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join an innovative digital agency specializing in Gaming & Entertainment. Based in Chester, with a flexible hybrid working model, this role offers the opportunity to work on exciting campaigns, branding projects, and digital assets for global clients. Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and branding campaigns.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure consistency across projects.
• Develop creative concepts and designs from brief to completion, ensuring they meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create illustrations, animations, and motion graphics to enhance digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to refine ideas and deliver exceptional results.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to every project.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills, with a strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for digital platforms, including web and social media.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and present ideas effectively.

Desirable:

• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of motion graphics tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate with developers.
